Shipment
As soon as we have prepared the order, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Please note that once your package has reached the carrier, we have no control over it. If something does not go as planned, we will contact the carrier to obtain information.

Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to buyers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase items online from myfabulouscat.com.
According to the Belgian law on commercial practices, consumer information and protection of April 12, 2010, a cooling-off period of 14 days applies to all products purchased online from myfabulouscat.com.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The costs incurred for the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. The purchase price will be refunded in full within 7 days of receipt of the package by the seller. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
However, the right of return does not apply to personalized items, such as the bandana or bow with name. Custom-made items also fall outside the right of return.
If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must make this known in writing (hello@myfabulouscat.com) within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product.
The products must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened (in original condition and packaging). You must prove that the products have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments are always refused and returned to the sender.

If the products are not received in accordance with the conditions of the right of withdrawal, the purchase amount will not be refunded or not fully refunded. In that case, the product remains your property. You can then choose to have the product sent back to you, for which you pay the corresponding shipping costs.
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the purchased product has been specially tailored or adapted for you.
